5. Currency Exchange Rates

Our currency rates are subject to change without prior notice based on real-time forex markets. Final exchange rates are confirmed at the time of transaction and are binding once accepted. Online or telephonic rate inquiries are indicative only.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) using approved methods (cash, NEFT, RTGS, UPI, etc.). Once a transaction is completed and documentation submitted, refunds or reversals are not allowed, unless required by law. In the event of errors, we will investigate and process eligible refunds accordingly.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any loss or damages arising from delays, rate fluctuations, or incorrect information provided by the customer. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by technical issues, bank delays, or public holidays. We are not liable for any loss of funds due to fraud, phishing, or data breach not directly caused by our systems.

8. Compliance with Law

All transactions are subject to Indian laws and regulatory norms including:

• RBI Guidelines
• Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA)
• Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations
• Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA)

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our services for:

• Funding illegal activities
• Money laundering or tax evasion
• Transacting on behalf of a third party without authorization

Violators will be reported to law enforcement agencies without prior notice.
